The INFORM logo is a company logo added to your company’s outbound branded calls. INFORM with Logo includes company’s name, logo and reason for the call (on some devices). This document details everything you need to know about creating your assets so people who see your calls get the best experience possible.
Image Requirements
The following file of your logo should be uploaded to the Customer Portal when you Create Program:
- Delivery: Uploaded to Customer Portal
- File Type: SVG
- Aspect Ratio: 1:1
- Max File Size: 200KB
- Image Size: N/A
Because carrier requirements vary, our First Orion support team will support you converting the image’s file type as needed.
In addition to technical requirements, all INFORM content must adhere to First Orion’s Display Name, Call Reason, and Content Vetting Guidelines.
Image Best Practices
The following image recommendations will help you present the best of your brand to people seeing your logo branded phone calls.
Images should have solid backgrounds (not transparent).
Because some of these logos will be displayed at a very small size, we recommend logos featuring imagery rather than long brand names, or brand names with slogans.
Even if the file requirements are met, cropping can still occur on various devices.
To keep cropping from occurring on your image, we recommend a circular gutter applied to your image at 10% from the horizontal and vertical edges

If you follow all the recommended guidelines, your customers will receive the best of your branding on a variety of devices across all major US mobile carrier networks.

All device displays include calling number but may alternate between the location and calling number.
Displays include a varying combination of the following:
- location of logo display
- state spelled out (e.g. Texas) or city spelled out and abbreviated state (e.g. Dallas, TX)
- displays phone number AND location, or switches between the two
- display call reason field

Device variations:
- displays only on unlocked devices for iOS v16-18
- displays on both locked and unlocked devices for iOS v18.1 and higher
- iOS v26.0 does not display a logo while the Call Screening feature is active but does on iOS v26.1+
- Different mobile networks may have additional iOS version requirements
Note: When the logo does not display, the program will still deliver text-only branding in the display name field.
