What carrier networks will my logo show on?

First Orion provides INFORM with Logo to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, although availability on devices and the time to brand may vary as described below.

AT&T

All RCD-enabled devices on the AT&T network will display logos. Allow First Orion up to 5 to 7 business days after the logo is loaded in the Customer Portal for the logo to appear on AT&T devices. 

Canada

Although INFORM Branded Calling appears on devices on the Rogers & Bell networks, Logos are not currently supported on calls terminating on Canadian networks.

Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs)

First Orion contracts with other branded calling providers and the mobile carrier networks, not MVNOs directly. However, subscribers who have devices on many MVNO networks will successfully have logos displayed on their phones depending on the contract between the MVNO and their mobile network operator (MNO).

T-Mobile

All RCD-enabled Android devices on the T-Mobile network will display logos, and all RCD-enabled devices on iOS 18.5 and higher has the capability to show a logo. Once a logo is loaded into the Customer Portal and is approved, it will begin showing on the T-Mobile network immediately.

Verizon

All RCD-enabled Android devices on the Verizon network will display logos, but not the additional Call Reason field. Allow First Orion up to 5 to 7 business days after the logo is loaded in the Customer Portal for the logo to appear on Verizon devices.

Note: If you are setting up content for the first time, it may take up to double the listed times to approve both your logos and your programs so the time to brand can be doubled for new customers.
