Logos must have a solid background, as transparent backgrounds are not supported. First Orion recommends logos with imagery rather than long brand names or slogans due to how logos are displayed on devices.
Please note that cropping can occur on various devices and that file types and sizes vary among each carrier.
All INFORM content must adhere to First Orion’s Display Name, Call Reason, and Content Vetting guidelines. The logo file should be uploaded to the Customer Portal and meet the following technical requirements:
- File Type: SVG
- Aspect Ratio: 1:1
- Max File Size: 200KB
- Image Size: N/A
