Call Authentication is a feature included in the INFORM with Logo solution that verifies who is making the call, who is being called and the timeframe the call is taking place. This technology requires integration with your calling platform to verify these call details in real-time.
The calling details are assigned a unique authentication key. This key signifies to carriers that the call is authenticated and enables the call to be branded with text and logo.
If a call is placed from the number and any of the calling elements cannot be verified, the authentication key will not be present, and the call will be delivered with no branding.
NOTE: It is critical to notify your FO Account Team when you make any changes to your programs via Customer Portal or API (adding numbers, changing displays, etc.) to ensure proper provisioning takes place to ensure that the correct calls are authenticated
