Logos may not be displayed on called devices for a variety of reasons.
For all devices
- Only RCD-enabled devices can show logo, older devices may not receive logos
- Currently unavailable for devices on Canadian networks
- Logos may not be displayed on all MVNOs, depending upon their contract with their current MNO(s)
- Branding logos to the AT&T and Verizon network may take up to 5-7 business days after the logo is submitted and approved in the Customer portal; branding to T-Mobile should be immediate. If you are setting up content for the first time, it may take up to double the listed times to approve both your logos and your programs so the time to brand can be doubled for new customers.
For Android devices
- Logo calls to Android devices on Verizon will not have the Call Reason field populated
For iOS devices
- iOS V16 to V18.0 only display when the phone is unlocked
- Devices on the AT&T network must be on iOS V16 or higher
- Devices on the T-Mobile network must be on iOS V18.5 or higher
- Devices on the Verizon network must be on iOS V26.4 or higher
