Reading “Reach and Contact Rate by Calls per Individual” can be a bit tricky, but this data is incredibly helpful when optimizing your calling programs and trying to know how many times you should call each person.
Remember, phone numbers calling unique numbers repeatedly in a short amount of time are not following Call Behavior Best Practices (increasing chances of tagging) but also that’s just not a good relationship with your customers or prospects.
When you are looking at a graph the orange line is the contact rate (% of unique called numbers answers) and the bottom represents the number of calls per individual, while the blue is the number of calls you are making. The blue bars represent the numbers of calls you are making to get to that contact rate.
In this example, the contact rate for 10 or 11 calls per individual, is the same as 1, meaning that you are better off in every way if you just stop calling after the first call.
