Will branded calling improve my answer rate?

    Answer rate is just one of several standard metrics that comes free with INFORM Branded Calling, but the answer depends on several things. Branded calling just communicates to customers who you are, and why you are calling. If they do not wish to talk to you anyways, branded calling is not going to always persuade them to answer and sometimes that’s a good thing!

     

    Improving your effectiveness

    • Check the integrity of your lead list, make sure you are calling the people you want to call with the most up-to-date information. And also, consider timeliness, reach out quickly to make sure they still want the thing you are offering.
    • Just because they don’t answer right now, that’s doesn’t mean they don’t always want to. They might be busy, especially during workday hours. You know your audience best, but are they more likely to be at home on a Monday morning or at work?
    • Make sure you are following Call Behavior Best Practices to help prevent scam and spam tags across networks and reach as many people as possible.

    If you have a good relationship with the callee, and they want your product, they should be more likely to pick up your call. But more than that, you want them to answer your call and have a positive call resolution.
