To protect both brands and customers, First Orion takes branded calling seriously and requires display names to meet our Branded Calling Guidelines. Display Names must include one of the following:
- Your US legally registered business name or Doing Business As (DBA) name
- Your trademarked brand name commonly used by your business
- A department or agent name may be added but only after your business or brand name
Branded calling names must abide by all First Orion’s Policy for Branded Calling.
