To protect both brands and customers, First Orion takes branded calling seriously and requires display names to meet our Branded Calling Guidelines. Display Names must include one of the following:
- Your US legally registered business name or Doing Business As (DBA) name
- Your trademarked brand name commonly used by your business
- A department or agent name may be added but only after your business or brand name
Branded calling names must abide by all First Orion’s Policy for Branded Calling. Monthly Subscribers of INFORM Branded Calling at the Starter and Basic tiers will automatically have their calling names selected for them using the business information provided and verified during the registration process. Premium subscribers and all annual contract businesses can customize their calling name.
