How do I choose my brand name? (Branding Guidelines)

When you are setting up a new program  you can choose Create Custom Display Name. This will allow you to choose a custom name based upon your company, department, or even calling purpose. If your Custom Display Name does not follow First Orion’s Branding Policy, you can expect a minimum of a 24-hour delay.

You may try to appeal the decision.
