A Branded Calling Program allows you to control how your business phone numbers appear on outbound calls, making it easier for customers to recognize and trust who’s calling.

    To create a Branded Calling Program, follow the steps below:

    1. From the Business Dashboard, click Manage and select Create Program.

    2. Choose a Display Name from the dropdown list or select Create a custom Display Name and enter your preferred display name (a short name is optional).

      • If you receive a portal notification that your custom Display Name has “failed initial review,” you may submit a Custom Display Appeal.

      • Important: Both the Display Name and Shorthand Display must meet First Orion's Branding Policy. Custom display names will not brand until they’ve been reviewed and approved, so please allow a minimum of 24 hours for review if the policy requirements are not met.

    3. Select a Call Purpose from the dropdown list.

    4. Enter your phone number in the text box and click Add Number.

      • If your plan allows for unlimited branding numbers, you can also use the Upload File option to add numbers in bulk using a CSV file.

    5. Click Save when finished.
