Submitting an Appeal for Custom Display
After creating a new or making a change to an existing program with a custom display name, you may have received a notification (located in the bell icon in the top right corner) indicating that your display name has "Failed Initial Review." Please follow the steps below to get your Display Name approved:
1. Click the Appeal Decision button found within the bell icon in the top right corner .

2. The primary contact email on your account will receive an email titled “Content Appeal Request.” requesting documentation verifying the ownership of your display name.
Please note that your custom display name must comply with First Orion’s Branded Calling Policy. In your Content Appeal Request, you will be required to provide one of the following to brand with a custom display name:

3. Our Support team will review your appeal and respond within 1-2 business days. Please note, this timeframe does not include holidays.
Branding on Carriers
Once your display name is approved, you’ll receive an email notification. The time it takes to start branding on different carriers depends on your selected plan:
- T-Mobile: Branding will begin within 5-10 minutes of creating your branding program
- AT&T: Branding will begin within 6 to 8 business days
- Verizon: Branding will begin within 1 to 3 business days
