Watchlist for Potential Spam Tagging
Now available to businesses that register through the First Orion Customer Portal
To provide businesses with greater visibility into Potential Spam tagging, Business Number Registration in the Customer Portal now includes Watchlist. Watchlist insights can be found on the Phone Numbers tab in the Customer Portal.
With Watchlist, users can:
- View a list of registered phone numbers tagged as Potential Spam on T-Mobile's Network
- Review potential reasons for spam tagging based on observed negative calling behaviors
- Receive an in-portal notification if one or more of their numbers are affected
Watchlist data is refreshed every 24 hours and reflect T-Mobile Potential spam tagging only. This update is part of our broader effort to provide transparent education, actionable guidance, and self-service tools that help users interpret spam tag data and align with Best Calling Practices to reduce future tagging.
