Currently ENRICH offers support for RCS messaging capabilities, including:
- Text-only messaging with branded sender identity
- Interactive elements (Choice Messages):
- Suggested Replies (quick tap responses)
- Suggested Actions (call, open URL, Share/View location, add calendar)
- Media (Media Messages): images, video, audio, etc.
- Rich cards: Rich Card Messages (image + title + description + Call To Action button, Multiple buttons - up to 10)
- Rich card carousels: Rich Card Carousels (multi-card, horizontally scrollable content)
All messages are sent by way of a branded RCS sender, in the event the end user does not have an RCS-capable device, an SMS sender will be used to send a transcoded version of the initial message.
