How often are the metrics for PROTECT+ Risk Detection updated?

    PROTECT+ Risk Detection has standard metrics available that are updated hourly and monthly. The metrics are accessible in the PROTECT+ reporting tab of the Customer Portal. Users can filter, sort and export the data in CSV or Excel. 

    There are four standard metrics updated hourly: 

    • Total API requests received  
    • API requests received by Risk Level 
    • API requests received by Category 
    • API requests received by source IP Address  

    There are two standard metrics calculated monthly: 

    • Availability of the solution as a percentage (minimum Monthly aggregate)  
    • Response time as a percentage (calls taking less than 50ms)
