    Talk Time Metrics to Portal Reporting

    The Customer Portal Reporting Dashboard now includes Mean and Median Call Duration Talk Time Metrics, giving customers a clearer understanding of how long their calls last.

     

    Display Name Comparison

    The new Display Name Comparison tab in Customer Portal Reporting gives Advanced Analytics customers a clear view of display name performance before and after a display name is changed within a program.

     

    Call Auth API Failure Report Update - Failures by aNumber

     The Call Auth Failure Summary now highlights API failures by aNumber in addition to error type, making it easy for customers to quickly identify the phone numbers driving API errors.
