    Minor Update

    Call Reason Validation

    We are adding better messaging in the Customer Portal when a user adds a call reason to ensure the user knows what is acceptable:

    • Valid characters - (`^[\w\,\&\.\-\@\/\*\%\[\]\:\$\ \!']*$`), Alphanumeric
    • Character limit: Min 4, Max 60
