INFORM is now available on the Boost Mobile network. As a part of the Boost Mobile network roll out, we have expanded the reporting available in our Customer Portal to include INFORM treated counts on the Boost Mobile network to give additional branding insight for our existing INFORM customers.
Dashboard
Branded calling treated calls on the Dashboard now includes treated calls on the Boost Mobile network. Additionally, the Monthly Metrics by Program view now shows total Boost Mobile treated calls by month.
Calling Number Detail
Boost Mobile INFORM treated calls now shows on the Calling Number Detail reporting tab by Business, Business Unit, and by Calling Number.
