Why should I get Advanced Analytics?

    INFORM comes with a robust collection of metrics to show you how many of your calls are branding on different networks, what percentage of your calls are getting answered, how many people are declining your calls, and standard information.

    Advanced Analytics allows you to customize the optimal time for your calling use cases, and includes Engagement Rate and Success Rate, which tells you how often people are engaging with your calls (default of 1 minute) or on the call long enough to typically be a success for your calling purpose.

    Calling programs can differ based on their use case or why you are calling, and Advanced Analytics gives you flexibility in your reporting to understand what is working and what isn’t.
