What happens if a phone number fails vetting for SENTRY Call Blocking?

    If the number fails vetting it does stay in the program, however a support ticket is created notifying the client that the number has failed vetting, providing them the time to correct the issue.  

    If the number fails vetting two months in a row, then it is removed from the SENTRY program which prevents the number from blocking until it can pass vetting.
