What’s the difference between placing validation calls myself and automated validation calls?

    Both options provide the same AFFIRM monitoring insights.

    • Placing validation calls yourself: 
      You place test calls using your own outbound calling method and manage when those calls occur.
    • Automated validation calls: 
      First Orion places validation calls on your behalf 1x daily M-F 8-8 CST including holidays.

    The choice depends on your operational preferences and internal resources.
