    Reporting Enhancements

    Two new metrics to SENTRY reports: Unique Sentry Numbers and Block Rate to help you better understand call activity and blocking performance.

    • Unique Sentry Numbers is the count of numbers that were treated, blocked, or continued during the provided date range.
    • Block Rate is a percentage of total terminating calls. Terminating calls is a combination of blocked calls, treated calls, and continued calls.
