Registration Steps
1. Access the Portal
Navigate to the First Orion Customer Portal and click here begin.
2. Sign Up
Choose your registration type.
Single Business: For users uploading numbers only for their own business.
Multi-Business: For users registering numbers for one or more businesses they are authorized to manage.

3. Complete the Onboarding Form
Confirm all required fields (*) are entered accurately.
Enter the following business information:
Business Name *
Industry *
EIN/TIN
DUNS
Business Website *
Business Address * (City *, State *, Zip Code *)
Number of Employees *
Phone Number Provider (cell phone provider)
Primary Contact Name *
Primary Contact Email *
Primary Contact Phone Number *
Optional: You may choose to share your registration and phone number data with analytics providers to help reduce spam and nuisance calls.
When finished, click Proceed to Summary.
Multi-Business Registration
3. Start Registration
Click Start Registration to begin.
4. Enter Required Information
Business Name *
Your Name *
Phone Number *
Email *
Once complete, click Save in the upper right corner to continue.
4. Review & Follow-Up
If your business is marked Under Review, additional information is needed.
Check your email for: “First Orion – New Business, Information Required” from enterprisesupport@firstorion.com.
If your organization is marked as Under Review, additional information is needed.
Check your email for: “First Orion - Information Required” from enterprisesupport@firstorion.com.
Respond with the requested details to complete the review.
5. Add Phone Numbers
Once your business is approved, you may begin uploading your phone numbers for call protection. (click here for step-by-step instructions)
