    Reporting Enhancements 

    Expiring Programs tab updates

    We've added two new metrics - 30 Day Call Count and Phone Count - to the Expiring Programs tab. These new insights allow you to quickly identify which expiring programs are still active with call activity. 

     

    Calling Number Detail tab updates

    The Calling Number Detail tab now includes the ability to view the total treated call counts by carrier, providing visibility into call activity at a carrier level. 

    We've added a new filtering option to the Calling Number Detail tab at the business level for users with Advanced Analytics. You can now filter by Calling Number, making it easier to quickly analyze calling activity across a business.

     

    Treated Calls and Answer Rate by Business Unit (last 3 months) update

    The Treated Calls and Answer Rate by Business Unit (last 3 months) table in the Dashboard tab has been improved to show the last 4 months of data, giving you greater visibility into trends and performances over a longer period. 

     

    Reporting Fixes

    Reach and Contact Rate by CPI graph fix

    The Contact Rate percentage on the Reach and Contract Rate by CPI graph in the Dashboard tab has been fixed to no longer visually exceed 100%. 

    Call Auth TMO Unauthenticated Calls fix

    TMO Unauthenticated calls were previously not being shown in the table unless there was at least one successfully authenticated call. This table has been updated to show all TMO Unauthenticated calls regardless of if there is at least one successfully authenticated call.
