Treated Calls
INFORM Branded Calling - A legitimate call that has been treated with INFORM Branded Calling. A treated call in SENTRY reporting tab indicates that the call has been authenticated by SENTRY.

The quantity of API requests and calls per day graphically.
Authenticated
A call that has proven to be legitimate. The calling party has been verified prior to reaching the end user.
Blocked Calls
The quantity of calls that were blocked and prevented from continuing to the called number.
Block Rates
A percentage of blocked calls to total calls terminating in the T-Mobile network.
Call Authentication
An end-to-end calling feature that validates the legitimacy of a call by verifying the calling number, called number, and time of the call.
Continued Calls
The quantity of authenticated calls delivered to a device for SENTRY Call Blocking treatment where branding is not enabled
Program
A defined group of branded calls with a start and end date, sharing the same display name, with the same calling purpose.
SENTRY Call Blocking
A treated call in the SENTRY reporting tab indicates that the call has been authenticated by SENTRY.
Unauthenticated
A call that has not been verified as legitimate and did not pass First Orion’s Call Authentication process.
