    Registered Phones Detail Report

    The Registered Phones detail reporting view in the Customer Portal now shows the product type for each phone number. The Product Types include Inform, Inform with Call Authentication, Sentry, and Sentry with Inform. *Please note that if the Calling Number is setup with a Logo, the Product Type will show “Inform with Call Authentication.”

    A control filter has also been added to be able to filter by phone numbers enabled with Call Authentication.

     

    Call Auth Detail Report

    A new reporting tab for Call Authentication has been added for both basic and advanced analytics.

    This report shows summary and detail counts, including:

    • A count of total aNumbers in a Call Authentication program
    • A count of total Authenticated calls, with a detailed break out of calls treated with Inform and Inform with Logo, and unauthenticated calls
    • The total number of calls for Call Authentication requests received by the aNumber, with a breakout of:
      • Total Successful Authentication requests received by Calling Number
      • Total Failed Authentication requests received by the Calling Number

    TMO Inform Calls – shows the total number of treated calls with Inform with Call Authentication excluding logo treated calls by Calling Number.

    TMO Logo Calls – shows the total number of Inform with Logo treated calls by Calling Number.

    Unauthenticated Calls – shows the total number of calls by Calling Number that did not brand because they were not authenticated.

    Successful API Count – shows the total number of successful Call Authentication requests received by Calling Number.

    Failed API Count – shows the total number of failed Call Authentication requests by Calling Number.

    Call Authentication API Errors Report

    A new reporting tab for Call Authentication API Errors has been added for both basic and advanced analytics. This new report shows counts of Call Authentication requests that failed by error reason.
