The Display Name field of an INFORM with Logo call allows for 32 customizable characters. While this field must include the business name, DBA or trademarked name, it can also include text describing the reason for calling or call purpose such as “Customer Service” or “Delivery Driver”.
Call Reason is a separate field offering additional context for the call display. The Call Reason field:
- populates only on Android devices
- on select networks
- Is an optional field enabled for INFORM with Logo customers only
- Note: An INFORM display name and image (logo) are required to deliver content to the call reason field
