To get started with Monthly Subscription you must:
- Register your business and at least one phone number
- Choose a subscription plan
- Pay for your plan and the certification fee
- Set up a branding program
Once all these steps are complete, you can begin branding your calls. If you go through website pricing, you can complete all the first three steps at the same time.
Note: Branding will begin after your business registration and business certification are approved by First Orion. Once they are approved, you will get a notification and will be able to start branding your calls.
Register Your Business
First, you need to register your business with First Orion if you have not already. If your business registration gets auto approved, you can then purchase INFORM Self-Serve.
Choosing a Subscription Plan
Once you have successfully registered your business, you can click Upgrade Today in the dashboard which will take you to the INFORM Pricing plans. Below the plans you will see an FAQ with several frequently asked questions. Once you select your pricing plan you can then proceed to the check out.
Choose a Subscription Plan on the Website
If you have not registered your business, you can go to firstorion.com/pricing and select your pricing on this page. This will direct you to create an account and go directly to the checkout where you can enter all the information you need to both register your business and get your business certified. Once you have filled out the necessary information, you can proceed to the checkout.
Make a payment
Fill out your card information and click subscribe. You can change your billing information later.
After checking out, you will begin the business certification process (which is different from Business Registration). Business certification can take up to 3-5 business days. Please check your email with next steps.
IMPORTANT: Set up a branding program
You should create a branded calling program to make sure you begin branding as soon as possible, even if you are waiting for business registration and your business certification to finish completing. If the program is delayed due to pending requirements, you will be notified when the program beings branding.
