Pairing AFFIRM Reputation Monitoring with INFORM Branded Calling enables you to monitor your calls’ display and customize your call display names.
At this time, AFFIRM additions can only be made through our Sales Team. If you’d like to add AFFIRM to your plan, please provide the following information so we can connect you with the right sales representative by submitting a request to our Support Team by clicking 'Submit a Request'. Choose the issue as “Branded Communications” and the Ticket Type as “Request Feature”. In the “Description Field”, please include:
