How will I know if my calls are mislabeled?

    If one or more of your validation calls are tagged as spam or scam, your business admin will receive an email notification at 7am (central) the day after the tag occurred. You will also see an alert in the upper right-hand corner of the Customer Portal when you log in the following day. 

    Additionally, the "Display Results" report provides a summary of all validation calls and their labels. This report shows all labels including phone number, City-state, category, scam/spam tag, CNAM display or Unknown.
