How can I see tagging and branded calls display results?

    If you have purchased both AFFIRM Reputation Monitoring and INFORM Branded Calling, the Display Results of the AFFIRM reports show branded, non-branded or tagged results as they occur on validation calls. 

    Pairing AFFIRM Reputation Monitoring with INFORM Branded Calling enables you to monitor your calls’ display and customize your call display names. 

    NOTE: If AFFIRM’s Display Results show an error in the brand, it's important to check the INFORM Branded Calling program and make the appropriate edits to the 32-character or 15-character display name.
