What it does for you
By sharing your registration data and phone number data with other analytic providers, you improve their call analytics for determining whether to tag, label, or block calls as spam or nuisance calls. Your calls will be less likely to have a spam or nuisance label applied in the future. However, if at any time there is a substantial increase in user complaints filed against one of your numbers, it is possible that a spam label may again be applied.
Reducing spam and nuisance tagging
Ensure you follow the Call Behavior Best Practices to reduce spam and nuisance tagging.
If you believe your calls are being improperly tagged or labeled, you can submit a request to look into the issue:
- Verizon - "Potential Spam"
- AT&T - "Spam Risk"
- T-Mobile - "Scam Likely"
