Once approved, a business must have at least one Business Unit to create a Branded Communication Program. Business Units can be general or specific, based on departments (e.g., customer service, billing) or program types (e.g., sales events, renewals). You may use a single Business Unit with the same name as your business. All numbers can be managed at the Program level.

    Business Unit Creation Options

    1) Create a Program Quick Action Card

    1. Click Create a program.
    2. Select Create a Business Unit.
    3. Enter a Business Unit Name.

    2) Manage Button

    1. Click Manage.
    2. Click Create Business Unit

    Business Unit Details

    1. Enter a Business Unit Name.
    2. Click Next Step.
    3. Optional Step: Upload Phone Numbers
    4. Click Save
