Once approved, a business must have at least one Business Unit to create a Branded Communication Program. Business Units can be general or specific, based on departments (e.g., customer service, billing) or program types (e.g., sales events, renewals). You may use a single Business Unit with the same name as your business. All numbers can be managed at the Program level.
Business Unit Creation Options
1) Create a Program Quick Action Card
- Click Create a program.
- Select Create a Business Unit.
- Enter a Business Unit Name.
2) Manage Button
- Click Manage.
- Click Create Business Unit

- Enter a Business Unit Name.
- Click Next Step.
- Optional Step: Upload Phone Numbers
- Click Save
