The PROTECT+ reporting dashboard provides visibility into inbound call traffic. The reports can be used to better understand call volumes, monitor risk trends, and identify patterns in potentially unwanted or suspicious calls.
PROTECT+ dashboard metrics include:
- Total API Requests: total API requests sent to First Orion to be analyzed for risk detection.
- Aggregated Call Counts by Risk Level: total inbound call volumes identifying the exposure level to possible suspicious traffic.
- Aggregated Call Counts by Category: A total of different types of call purposes that may be associated with an inbound calling number being received.
- Hourly Detail by Risk Level and Category: hourly breakdowns providing deeper insight into call patterns, risk distribution, and category trends.
The reporting shows what PROTECT+ is detecting and classifying to better understand threat levels and make call treatment decisions.
