All annual agreements via our self-service portal include a $1,200 monthly minimum which includes 20,000 branded calls. Usage is based on the calendar month.
To avoid proration, your first month's bill will reflect usage only. On your second bill, you will be billed the $1,200 monthly minimum and allotted 20,000 calls. If you exceed 20,000 calls, you will be billed the rate per call for your actual usage as detailed in our volume-based pricing tiers.
