First Orion’s Monthly Subscription Service Refund Policy

    1. General Refund Policy

    By signing up for and using the First Orion’s Monthly Subscription Service, you acknowledge and agree that, under normal circumstances, all payments—including subscription fees, one-time charges, and other associated costs—are final and non-refundable.

    Refunds or credits are only considered under the limited circumstances outlined below and are granted at our sole discretion.

     

    2. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

    While refunds are not typically provided, we may review and, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or account credits under the following circumstances:

    • Service Downtime or Provisioning Issues
      In cases of significant service disruption or delays, a partial refund or account credit may be considered based on the nature and duration of the issue.
    • Billing Errors
      If you are charged incorrectly due to a technical or administrative issue, you may be eligible for an adjustment or refund of the affected amount. You must notify us promptly after the error occurs to be considered for a refund.
    • Special or Exceptional Circumstances
      In limited situations—such as fraud, billing disputes, or other unusual events—we may evaluate the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, credit, or service adjustment.

     

    3. Refund Limitation

    Any refund or account credit issued will be considered a final resolution of the applicable request.

    No additional refunds or credits will be issued for the same account, service period, or related circumstances following the initial determination.

     

    4. Subscription Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation process in your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

    Except as expressly stated above, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.
