How many calls have I made in my current billing cycle?

    You can check your monthly plan renewal date at any time by selecting the Billing Management button. There, you’ll see a message indicating when your plan renews.

    To view the number of calls made during your current cycle, navigate to the Reports tab and open the Calling Number Detail report. From there, set the date range from the start of your billing cycle through the current date.

    If you don’t see an option to filter by date within the report, you can export it as a CSV file and apply the date filter there instead. 

    Note: As a reminder, it can take up to 48 hours for calls branded across all networks to appear in your reporting.
