- Log in to your account using your credentials.
- Once logged in, locate the Edit button. It is on the right-hand side of the screen, between the Manage and Tutorials buttons. Click Edit.
- Make Your Changes

- Please note that if you are an Inform Branded Calling client of ours, do not change your business name! Please contact support following the steps below to discuss first.
- Click Save
- If you are unable to update your information in the portal:
- Contact our support team using the support widget in the customer portal, or
