- Approved: Your number has been verified and is currently protected through our call protection service.
- Under Review: The number is being evaluated. This status typically means we need more information to complete the verification process. This could be due to reasons like a busy line, a generic voicemail greeting, or no identifying business information being provided. Action may be required on your part.
- Pending: The number has been submitted but has not yet been processed. This can happen if there is a system backlog. If the status does not update after some time, try deleting the number and re-uploading it.
- Rejected: After further review and outreach, we determined that the number could not be verified as legitimate.
