The Watchlist is a way for businesses registered with First Orion to see if any of their registered numbers have been tagged as spam on the T-Mobile network. If they have, the watchlist provides 1-2 reasons why the number was tagged. These reasons can include reasons like consumer complaints or making calls during restricted hours. Businesses can use these insights to exercise more consumer-friendly calling behaviors to mitigate spam tagging.
