Improved Navigation When Cancelling Edits
- When an OrgAdmin user canceled edits to their Business registration, they were previously redirected to the Org Dashboard. They will now return to the Business Dashboard for a more consistent experience.

- If an OrgAdmin tries to upload a duplicate phone number, the error message will now show exactly where that number already exists within their account.

- If branding content is rejected, users will receive both an in-portal notification and an email with next steps to make the necessary corrections.
Better Phone Number Validation
- The phone number upload field now displays the correct format both as placeholder text and in the real-time validation message, helping to reduce formatting errors.
Clearer Service Provider Input During Registration
- We’ve updated the placeholder text on the Service Provider field during business registration to let users know they can enter a custom Service Provider if it’s not listed as an option in the dropdown.
