If you are contracted to brand on the T-Mobile network, your branded calling display name will begin appearing on T-Mobile devices within 5 to 10 minutes after your branding program is created and approved. 

     
    Monitoring Your Status 
    You can monitor the status of your T-Mobile branding through your branding program dashboard. 


     
    Status Definitions
    Approved: Your INFORM Display Name is actively displaying on T-Mobile network calls. 
    Pending: Your INFORM Display Name is still in T-Mobile approval process. 
     
    Monitoring Call Activity 
    Once your program is successfully approved on T-Mobile, you can refer to the Calling Number Details report to determine the total treated calls that have been placed to the T-Mobile network. 

     
    If your branding hasn't appeared on T-Mobile’s network within 10 business days of program creation and approval, please contact our Support Team by selecting the Submit A Request button in the top right corner of your screen.
