Once a program is created, you can delete phone numbers if you no longer want them in the program. As a reminder, unique phone numbers can only be assigned to one program at a time.
1. Go to the business dashboard, click into a business unit.
2. Scroll down and click the three (3) dots next to the Program you want to delete phone numbers from.
3. Click Delete Phone Numbers from the pop-up menu.
4. Delete Phone Numbers to the Program either by Manual or CSV Upload.
5. Click Delete when finished Adding Numbers to the Program.

NOTE: Removing a phone number from the program will not remove it from your business account. The number will remain stored and protected within your account unless it is manually removed from the business entirely. |
