    Simplified Email Notifications

    To reduce inbox clutter, we’ve stopped sending separate emails for business vetting statuses like “Rejected” or “Under Review.” You’ll still get essential updates through your support tickets and can always check your current status directly in the Customer Portal.

    Improved Business Edit Guidance

    When updating your business information, you’ll now see a helpful prompt if you try to clear out a required field. This ensures all necessary details are completed before you submit your changes.

    Updated “Share My Registration” Opt-In Language

    To encourage informed participation, we’ve refreshed the opt-in messaging with clearer value statements:

    • Header: Reduce Mislabeling by Sharing Registration Data
    • Body: Sharing your registration data with our telecom partners reduces the risk of mislabeling, including spam. Learn more here
