To make sure your business is certified as quickly as possible:
- Have a valid taxpayer identification number (TIN) or employer identification number (EIN) and make sure they are input correctly when registering your business.
- Have a valid legal name that matches your LLC, LP or other business paperwork.
- Have no pending or ongoing notable litigations.
