How do I create an INFORM with Call Authentication Program?

Log in to the Customer, navigate to your Business Unit, and select Create a Program.

1. Select your INFORM with Call Authentication as your Program Type
2. Enter the desired Program Name in the box.
3. Click Call Purpose and select Call Purpose type.
4. Enter a Description of the program if desired.
5. Click Next Step.
