    New License Number Field for Insurance and Real Estate Users

    • Users selecting "Insurance" or "Real Estate" as their industry will now see a required License Number field when completing their profile. This ensures compliance and streamlined data collection for industry-specific users.

    Enhanced User Management for Organization Admins

    • Organization Admin users can now create new users within their organization, including additional Organization Admins. This update provides greater flexibility and self-service capabilities, empowering organizations to manage their user base more effectively.

    Opt-Out of Registration Data for Call Volume Determination

    • Users now have the option to opt out of First Orion using their Registration Data to determine call volume for sales and marketing purposes. This update enhances user control over data usage and privacy preferences.

    Removal of DBA Field in Business Registration Form

    • We are removing the DBA (Doing Business As) field from Business Registration. Instead, we will leverage the existing functionality to pull vanity names from the Secretary of State filings.
      • Customer Portal users will see their registered vanity names in the Display Name dropdown when creating a branding program.
    • This change ensures consistency and accuracy by using official business records. This will also reduce customer confusion in the content approval process based on the Policy for Branded Calling

    Dashboard Update: Manage Your Business Quick Action

    • The Manage Your Business quick action card on the dashboard will now direct users to the Reporting View instead of the Business Editing page. This change ensures users can quickly access key business insights.

    API Key Naming Now Available

    • Users can now add a custom name when creating a new API key in the Customer Portal, making it easier to manage and identify keys.
      • This feature is available only to business users.
