What are the key features of Protect+ Risk Detection?

    Real-time Feedback on a Call-by-Call Basis 

    Protect+ Risk Detection analyzes your business’s inbound call traffic and provides an associated risk level and call category (if available) for each incoming call. 

    Continuous Data Updates 

    The Protect+ architecture allows continuous availability of new data and low latency, which is critical for any real-time security solution.  

    Simple API integration  

    Protect+ integrates with a network element via a simple REST API. First Orion can customize elements of configuration providing the ability to customize the Protect+ solution.

    How often are the metrics for Protect+ Risk Detection updated? 

    Protect+ Risk Detection has standard metrics available that are updated hourly and monthly. The metrics are accessible in the Protect+ reporting tab of the Customer Portal. Users can filter, sort and export the data in CSV or Excel. 

    There are four standard metrics updated hourly: 

    • Total API requests received  
    • API requests received by Risk Level 
    • API requests received by Category 
    • API requests received by source IP Address  

    There are two standard metrics calculated monthly: 

    • Availability of the solution as a percentage (minimum Monthly aggregate)  
    • Response time as a percentage (calls taking less than 50ms)
