How often are the metrics for Protect+ Risk Detection updated?
Protect+ Risk Detection has standard metrics available that are updated hourly and monthly. The metrics are accessible in the Protect+ reporting tab of the Customer Portal. Users can filter, sort and export the data in CSV or Excel.
There are four standard metrics updated hourly:
- Total API requests received
- API requests received by Risk Level
- API requests received by Category
- API requests received by source IP Address
There are two standard metrics calculated monthly:
- Availability of the solution as a percentage (minimum Monthly aggregate)
