    Enhanced Vetting Experience!

    • We’ve improved the vetting process to provide users with clearer guidance on the next steps when they don’t pass. The updated banner message now offers more transparency on what to do next.

    • Additionally, users who don’t pass certification will no longer be blocked from setting up their account while certification is in progress. They’ll be able to create their first program, though branding will remain inactive until certification is approved.

    Bug Fix

    • We’ve resolved an issue from the last release that prevented Free account (registration-only) users with access to the reporting tab from seeing it. Now, all eligible users can view the reporting tab as expected.
