Your branded calling display name will begin appearing on Verizon devices within 1 to 3 business days after your branding program is created and approved. 

     
    Monitoring Your Status 
    You can monitor the status of your Verizon branding through your branding program dashboard. 
     
    Status Definitions
    Approved: Your INFORM Display Name is actively displaying on Verizon network calls. 
    Pending: Your INFORM Display Name is still in Verizon approval process. 
     
    Monitoring Call Activity 
    Once your program is successfully approved on Verizon, you can refer to the Calling Number Details report to determine the total treated calls that have been placed to the Verizon network. 

     
    If your branding hasn't appeared on Verizon’s network within 1 to 3 business days of program creation and approval, please contact our Support Team by selecting the Contact Us button in the top right corner of your screen.
