What Carriers Will Receive My Registration Information?

Business Number Registration helps carriers and mobile analytics engines (MAEs) understand who your business is and the purpose of your calls.  As the mobile analytic engine for T-Mobile and Boost, First Orion uses this information to influence how calls are labeled across both networks. You can Opt-In to Share Registration Data with AT&T.

    To opt-in:

    1. Log in to your account at https://portal.firstorion.com.
      1. Click on the 'Edit' button in the top right corner.
      2. Scroll down to the bottom of your business details, where you'll find a toggle to opt-in for sharing.
      3. Select Save.
    • Please note: We currently do not share data directly with Verizon’s provider (TNS).

Call labeling outcomes are decided by each carrier and their analytic engine, and First Orion is unable to guarantee specific call labeling outcomes across different carriers. Following the Call Behavior Best Practices is the best way to reduce the likelihood of your calls being labeled as spam or scam.

If you believe your calls are being improperly tagged or labeled, you can submit a request with the appropriate provider:

    • AT&T - "Spam Risk"
    • Verizon - "Potential Spam"
    • T-Mobile - "Potential Spam"
      • Boost: Numbers registered with T-Mobile are also registered with Boost; common labels may include "Possible Scam" or "Possible Spam"
